Process method
- Mix together oil and emulsifier at 70°C
- Mix together water and powders at 80-90°C. Hydrate 20mins
- Pre-homogenize at 6000rpm and in oil mixture
- UHT at 142°C for 5sec (with Upstream homogenization at 150/50bar 90°C)

Process method
- Mix oil and emulsifier and heat it at around 70°C for dissolved.
- Boil water (around 80-90°C) and add Sodium citrate anhydrous, NUTRALYS® S85 plus N, monk fruit extract and Acesulfame K and mix well until all mixed ingredients to be disperse completely.
- Pour oil mixture with well mixing. Perform pre-homogenize, with homo-mixer, and prevent separation.
- Add flavors and mix well.
- Sterilized the solution by UHT machine at 144°C 5sec.
- Homogenize the solution by using piston homogenizer at 200bar.
