Process method
- Weigh all the ingredients as per the recipe.
- Grind the Almonds for 20 seconds at 1500 Rpm followed by chopped Apricots.
- Add Honey, NEOSORB® and Compound chocolate and mix for another 30 seconds untill uniform paste.
- Add NUTRALYS®, NUTRIOSE® and WPC and mix for another minute at 4000 - 6000 rpm.
- Add flavours and uniformly mix the product.
- Sheet, cut and Pack in desired shapes.
