PROCESS METHOD(工艺流程)
- Mixed pectin gum with maltitol and resistance dextrin as ingredient A
- Dissolved ingredient A in water and stir to make it mixed evenly, then heat to 90℃ for 5-10min as solution A
- Cooling the solution A to 70℃, add the other ingredients (Blood orange concentrate, Ferric citrate, Vc, Stevia, Sucralose, pectin, Citric acid , Malic acid, sodium citrate, flavor)
- filling and Sterilizing the solution at 121℃, 15min.
