PROCESS METHOD(工艺流程)
- Mixed pectin gum with maltitol and resistance dextrin as ingredient A
- Dissolved ingredient A in water and stir to make it mixed evenly, then het to 90℃ for 5-10min as solution A
- Cooling the solution A to 70℃, add the other ingredients (collagen protein,olive fruit powder, stevia, sucralose, citric acid, malic acid and flavor)
- Homogenize the solution by using high-pressure homogenizer at 150Bar
- filling and Sterilizing the solution at 121℃, 15min.
