Process method(工艺流程)
- Mix pea protein in syrup and water
- Mix all other solid ingredients as powder phase
- Mix all these powder and liquid and oil by using mixer for 5-10min
- Weigh 30g dough to form in mould
- Coat the bar with tempered chocalate
