Process method
Solution preparation:
- Heat the sorbitol syrup till 40oC.
- Add the gum arabic solution.
- Add the color (titanium dioxide) under agitation.
- Check and adjust the brix at 65% Dry Substance.
- Maintain the temperature at 40oC.
