Process method
- Grind the weighed amount of apricots.
- Add the flour base to it (pea protein, soluble fiber, almond flour and peanut flour). Almond and peanut flour can be added directly as a flour or half of the amount can be grinded initially before adding rest of the ingredients.
- Grind well and then add the binding syrup and melted dark compound and grind well making sure that all the ingredients are mixed properly.
- On proper mixing add the chopped almonds, peanuts, raisins and rice crisps and mix it well.
- Sheet the mix and put weighed amount of pre roasted seeds on top of the sheeted mix and cut into desired shapes.
