Lactose & gluten-free, they are highly purified soluble carbs produced from non-GMO corn, waxy corn, wheat or potato starch. They offer a choice of dextrose equivalent (DE from 12 to 47) that allows the fine-tuning of product osmolarity to provide good hydration, increased energy and quick recovery. This range has a particular physical structure providing free-flowing properties, better solubilization, and reduced formation of dust.  Easy to handle, these neutral white powders are ideal bulking agents and drying carriers in an extensive variety of food applications including soups, seasonings, flavors, powdered beverages.
