Instant Maltodextrin and Dried Glucose Syrup

GLUCIDEX® IT maltodextrins and dried glucose syrups are easy dispersible plant-based carbohydrates that provide fully available energy!

They also serve as a bulking agents in an extensive variety of food applications. GLUCIDEX®  maltodextrins and dried glucose syrups provide 100% glucose-based energy, the most efficient energy substrate for muscles, the brain and recovery, to fuel active lifestyles. Lactose & gluten-free, they are highly purified soluble carbs produced from non-GMO corn, waxy corn, wheat or potato starch. They offer a choice of dextrose equivalent (DE from 12 to 47) that allows the fine-tuning of product osmolarity to provide good hydration, increased energy and quick recovery. This range has a particular physical structure providing free-flowing properties, better solubilization, and reduced formation of dust.  Easy to handle, these neutral white powders are ideal bulking agents and drying carriers in an extensive variety of food applications including soups, seasonings, flavors, powdered beverages. These versatile ingredients are also used as fermentation substrate in brewing, for browning in baked goods or to prevent crystallization in confectionary or ice creams.

Not intended and non-suitable for dry mix infant formula preparation.
