Roquette receives the "Top Employer" 2013 label
On 14 February 2013 Roquette Frères received the Top Employers label for the quality of its Human Resources policy that the company implements at its 4 French sites.
The qualification criteria for the Top Employers label identify the companies that are most concerned about their employees by comparing the policies, the programmes and the practices in terms of the Management of Human Resources.
The label is based on a repository of European good practices, such as training and professional development, remuneration practices, career development, etc. In 2013 the independent body CRF Institute awarded its certification to 44 French companies.
