Roquette has developed a procedure enabling a reduction of
the hard coating time without any change in the crunchiness.

The process involves the use of fine Maltitol Powder
and Maltitol Syrup.
It requires less water to be evaporated than in the traditional
Hard Coating process. Consequently, it is much faster.
