point of our ambitious Quality Policy.
The aim of our Quality Policy is to
satisfy customer requirements, in order to maintain
or even improve our position in the world starch and
starch-derivates business.
This policy requires that we:
- Continually increase customer satisfaction,
- Constantly improve the efficiency of our processes
and conformity of our products and services,
- Reinforce food and feed safety control with a
dedicated management system and by accreditation
of headquarters’ laboratories for chemical
and microbiological analytical test methods for
contaminants.
- Control industrial changes,
- Control the transfer of knowledge, particularly
through efficient training.
