Roquette's starch and derivatives are supplied in large and ever-increasing quantities to the paper industry and have become essential to this market as ingredients of many of its products, from corrugated cardboards to photographic and banknote papers. Maize, wheat and potato starches are each exploited to their best advantage : in native form, as adhesives, especially in corrugated cardboard manufacture ; modified, in sizing and coating.
